Ottoman Greek embroidery ca.1860

Ottoman Greek embroidery arched prayer panel known as a quibla.Size: 85cm x 44 cm. It is composed of various antique Ottoman Greek embroideries in order to create a prayer mat, which are probably from the 19th with some possibly earlier. Qiblehs were primarily used by women to hang on the wall of a house or a tent during prayer.
